(FORS) Auditors – FTA / TFL

Brief

We were asked to supply a team of qualified auditors to perform auditing services for the Freight Transport Association (FTA):

• Audited the Freight Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS) on behalf of Transport For London (TFL)
• Performed initial and any follow up audits, plus yearly re-approval audits
• Travelled to carrier / company locations across the UK and performed audits to ensure understanding and compliance of the programs goals and objectives
• Topics fully covered throughout the audit process were Transport Management, Vehicle Admin / Controls, Driver Admin / Controls and Transport Operations
• Shared best practice across carrier / company industries
